Successful Christmas!

We had yet another wonderful Christmas!! Of course it always starts with lining up at the top of the stairs, and coming down in age order! Shayla had to have her doll, all she asked Santa for was clothes for her doll.

It looks like Santa found us!

Tianne's ready to take her new dolly for a walk in her new stroller.
She's such a good mommy.

Sweet Cambree just wanted Rudolph, and was thrilled to find that Santa left Clarice too. She's yet to put them down.

Shayla received her two outfits she asked for, plus three additional. She is thrilled!

Look!!!! Santa ate the cookies!!!!

Time to open the stash that has been under the tree!
(Before)

(After)

Now to test out the doll bed! Yep! She fits.

Presents are open, time to have cousins over.
More importantly, time to meet our new baby cousin, Reagan!!!

Now, Lets's eat!!

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a...can't wait 'til next year!!!

Santa's Cookies or is it Mrs. Claus?

Frosting Christmas cookies is such a fun tradition, one I remember well from my growing up days. We had a blast working on our cookies today. Just look....

Of course, having little girls for Christmas is the BEST! Having an almost four year old for Christmas is just FUN!!! Check out her cookies she frosted, herself. There seems to be a theme!

I love that girl! I love how her mind works!
And I love that NO ONE else got to use much pink.

New York, New York

Ten years ago, I tricked a chick from Chicago into marrying me,
promising her a visit to New York City to see the sights.
Last week we finally made it!

After checking out the view from our room, we got down to business.
Lynette got her bright lights. . .

her shows. . .

her dining. . .

her culture. . .

and her shopping!!

I got my sports. . .

my toys. . .

and my music!!

But what we really got was a fantastic few days together.

Lynette said that New York is like a Disneyland for adults.
For us I think it was.

Bye-bye New York. We will be back!!!

Thank you, Lynette, for a great trip and one heck of a great life. I love you!
