When all was said and done, we had a great time. However here is a few excerpts of some of our conversations throughout the day. "I want MORE presents!" ' "What presents are my cousins going to bring me?" "None, Mommy told them not to bring any." "WHY!! Why would you say that!" ' "Can I go back to being three?" "I now turned four, but I want to be three again." "Why am I four?"

Vacation

We had a great time in Chicago. I thought I'd post some of the highlights of the trip for all to enjoy.

Our cute girls watching the iPod on the plane. Bad news when Brian is already tired and the trip has yet to begin.

Shayla learned to pose for pictures on this trip. She loved the city and the lake.

I love the cityscape! What a wouldn't give to own a condo in one of those buildings!

According to Brian, this was the highlight of the trip.

We had a great time rockin out to the oldies with 40,000 of our closest friends.

How Fast They Grow!

Don't you remember when time went so slow? A half hour was an eternity, summer vacation was as long as the school months, and your birthday took forever to get here. What happened to that timetable?

I understand that you're not suppose to compare your children to each other, but it's fun to see how they both looked at the same age. In these pictures Shayla is a couple of days past her five month birthday, and Cambree is a few days before her five month birthday. So you decide, do they look like sisters?
