Soccer Mom

It's is official, I am a soccer mom. And I'm loving every minute of it. We'll see if I still love it in bad weather. So far we've been blessed to have decent weather to watch the games. Shayla LOVES the game. She is the best cheerer in the group. She is the happiest when ever anyone does something good. She is learning the game, and loves to run. And her favorite position is goalie! And they've won two games already! Way to go, Shayla!

We had the best Easter ever, including getting to watch Conference during the celebration of our resurrected Lord.

Eleven Months Old!

Only one more month and then I'm a year! I can't believe how fast time has gone. I've been learning a lot this month. I love to crawl real fast, and can get into everything Mommy doesn't want me to. I can even pull myself onto my feet. That's the greatest trick, because now I can pull things off the coffee table and make an even bigger mess. I love to dance, and will stop whatever I am doing to dance when I hear music. I love, and I mean love to eat paper, there is no safe book, paper, or magazine in my house. I express myself more and more. I love to "talk" and to yell for my sisters. I really love to play, toys are the greatest things invented! And playing with toys and my sisters at the same time.....well, that's heaven!

We are really having to monitor Tianne's toys and blankets....she's trying to blend in too much. She decided that being spotted would be rather fun, so she broke out in hives. These are two days in, so she looks so much better, plus it's a front shot; the back of her neck, in her hair, and the back of her legs are much more spotted, but her face is just so cute! She really is amazing, she hasn't even complained, even though she itches like crazy. No more penicillin for this baby, lucky us!

10 Months!!

It's not fair that in February I turn ten months old earlier than normal. That means that I am becoming more and more of a little girl, and less and less of a baby. This fact makes my mommy and daddy really sad. I sure am a good girl, though. I am soooo much more expressive now. I really have let my personality out. I still like to sit back and observe a lot, but I state my needs and desires much more forcefully these days. I am happy to have two healthy legs and I can get around rather quickly. I army crawl everywhere and I try to climb up onto things. I love a challenge -- the smaller the space, the harder I am going to try to crawl through it. I love to hear the sound of my own voice; and if there is an echo, look out -- it's going to get loud. My hair is starting to curl and it looks cute! I still don't eat solid food too well, but if paper were food, I'd be a great eater. I have a great gag reflex and can vomit at a moments notice, if there's something in my mouth that I don't want to swallow. There is nothing that gets me as excited as I get when I see my sisters...they are the best! I, however, am showing signs of jealousy when my mommy pays attention to my three year old sister. I like to pout and try to push her off my mommy's lap! I am so incredibly loved and have filled my families' hearts with so much love and joy.
