Saturday Mornings

Is She Really?

Is she really big enough to sit forward?  No, but she thinks she is and she happens to love it.  It's a whole new world facing forward.  Just one question--what happened to my baby?

Rag-a-Muffin

Have you ever wondered what a rag-a-muffin looks like?  Well, wonder no more 'cuz I captured one on film!  That's right, right here in my very own home, I found one!  Just look and see for yourself.

We tried to remedy the rag-a-muffin look and took these cute pictures.  Check out all the different, adorable facial expressions!

Rag-a-Muffin or not, we sure love this little thing!

T-Ball

Shayla has started T-ball.  She is playing with three other kids from the ward.  Her first game was Wednesday.  She loved it!  However, it was freezing and they finally called the game after it started snowing.  Oh well, she had a blast and ran around the house in her new uniform the rest of the night (of course while she was running around in her uniform she was pretending to be playing soccer not T-ball, oh well maybe next time.)

Happy Easter

Who wouldn't want to find this in their Easter Basket?

Dying Eggs is fun to do, fun to do, to do, to do.

Look at all this loot!

The morning of discovery!

Could she be any cuter?  I don't think so.

So much excitement, so little facial expression.

In their Easter dresses.

The hunt and find!

Everybody wins!

The fruits of the hunt!

Oh, so good!

Prayers

Every night we say our family prayers.  Let's just say that Cambree is not the most reverent. She will usually crawl around while we pray.  Sometimes, she'll even go up to Shayla and kneel in front of her and try to kiss her in the middle of the prayer.  (She knows we give loves after the prayer and she doesn't want to be left out.)  Tonight, as we gathered to pray, she crawled away and started climbing on a box then looked at us and decided she wanted to participate in the prayer too.  She quickly stopped climbing, knelt down and folded her arms (in her way). Luckily I caught it on camera!  Just too cute!

Princesses on Ice

As mentioned before, Shayla and I went to Disney Princesses on Ice.  We went with a bunch of little girls and their moms (and one dad, but we needed a token male) from the ward, and had such a fun day!  We left early so we could ride the train downtown. Of course, being the great mother that I am, I was more worried about how she looked, and getting her out of the house on time, than keeping her warm.  So, we ended up waiting fifteen minutes for the train, walking all over downtown, and going to the show without a coat.  I'll be sure to get submitted for mother of the year for that one.  Luckily, I think she was so excited she didn't really feel the 30 some odd weather we were having that day.  I was lucky enough to carry her through most of the trek downtown, just to keep her warm.  Good thing I'm buff!

Here she is all dressed up and ready to go

Waiting for the train, at least she has on a turtle neck and tights.

The train ride!

At the show!

We had so much fun and didn't expend too much energy.  In fact, just to prove the last statement, here's the after picture.
