Happy Easter!

I realize Easter was like 5 days ago, but I'm just posting now.  But Easter was so much fun and there are always so many things to take pictures.  So here's a million pictures of all the festivities.

Dying Easter Eggs!

Beautiful New Easter Dresses.

Family Easter Egg Hunt

Despite being sick, Cambree was still able to hunt for eggs.

Conference

Conference is about the best weekend of the year!  I love having an excuse to sit around and watch TV all weekend long without even feeling guilty.  There is always fun to be had on Conference weekend!

First you have to get in the proper attire and find the perfect position to watch TV.
Cambree has that down!

Next you need to have the family all gather to one spot!  Plus you must have plenty of projects to keep you awake!

Wait!  There are no little boys in that last picture.  Where did all the little boys go?
Oh, up to play with the dollhouse, of course where else would they be?

If you really want to listen, it might be easier to find a quieter spot to concentrate on the what is being said.

And, you can't enjoy Conference without lots of good food to eat.  Max has figured out the best concoction, Cheetos slurppy anyone?

Shayla got to participate in a special nursery rhyme program at school.  All the kindergartners had a poem to memorize,  had to dress up to go along with it, and bring a prop that also coincided.  They sang a lot of nursery rhyme songs as a group with cute actions. Shayla was the Queen of Hearts!  I personally thought Shayla did great.  We had fun coming up with a costume and she enjoyed performing.  Even her little sister enjoyed the program.  The yummiest part was the end where they served us "hot crossed buns."

Cuties!

So I have nothing to say, but I love these girls!  I love their personalities.  I love their love for each other.  I love their imaginations and excitement for life.  And I love that we are going to have another little girl to join in the fun in a few short weeks.  Here are some of the cute things we've captured this month.  Enjoy!

Yes, this child had to eat dinner with her sunglasses on.

Story time.

My number one kitchen-aid!

Kite Day at school!  We can't smile and keep eyes open at the same time.

Eating

She's seems to have enjoyed it.

Shayla had a successful Valentines Day.  She almost got as much candy as she does on Halloween.  Here she is enjoying some of her lovin'.

Making brownings is always exciting.  But it's especially fun when you get to lick the spoon.  Shayla made these yummy treats for Family Home Evening on Monday.  Unfortunately Mom was not able to enjoy them in her usual manner, but I had fun watching the girls love them.

Who's Funnier?

I'm not sure who is funnier, our snowman or our girls.
Check out Shayla, she's a little crazy I would say.

That's right, she's eating the snowman.  Who taught her that?

Here's a closer look at our serious daughter.

Look closely and check out Shayla's aim.
This picture makes me belly laugh every time.

Doesn't it look like their swinging out over the void!
We still can't believe our view, we feel so lucky.

I even got in on the action.  Check this out.  If it weren't for running into the swingset, every time, I never would have gotten up with my big old belly.
